The Hershey Company needed to create a comprehensive digital solution for its Convenience Store Retail channel that would drive customers enrolled in Hershey trade programs to close their compliance gaps. The primary objective of Hershey Solutions was to provide increased transparency and agency to the customer—leading to greater satisfaction, loyalty, and, ultimately, increased sales.  Key metrics for project success centered on increased customer engagement.

Over the course of a year, PriceWeber engaged in business analysis, research, UX strategy and design, creative copywriting, and interactive development to launch the new Hershey Solutions website and portal. A one-stop resource for insights, merchandising tools, and Hershey trade program management, Hershey Solutions has become a key driver of shared category success.
