PriceWeber Receives 34 Awards During PRSA Bluegrass Landmarks of Excellence Awards
PriceWeber, a digital-forward, full-service marketing, public relations, and advertising agency headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, recently received 34 awards from the Public Relations Society of America’s (PRSA) Bluegrass Chapter during its annual Landmarks of Excellence Awards, which recognizes the very best professional communications across the Greater Louisville area. The event was held on Thursday, Oct. 14 at the Kentucky Derby Museum, bringing together more than 100 Kentucky public relations and marketing professionals.
For more than four decades, the awards ceremony has recognized communications, marketing and public relations professionals for campaigns they have implemented for local and national organizations and clients. This year, PriceWeber received eight Awards of Excellence – the highest honor – as well as 12 Awards of Merit, and 14 Honorable Mentions.

Komen Kentucky, The Center for Women and Families, The Hershey Company, and The Louisville Zoo. PriceWeber was also recognized for creating the world’s tallest nutcracker wearing a surgical mask, to bring awareness to COVID-19 safety during the 2020 holiday season.
Among awards recognizing individuals, PriceWeber Senior PR/Social Media Specialist Tristin Schifferdecker was named a 2021 Rising Star. This award honors the next generation of professionals in public relations and communications. Nominees for this award must excel in the communications field and show great promise in shaping the future of the industry. Honorees must be 32 years of age or younger and work in the field of public relations or communications.
Schifferdecker was selected for being “a person who is learning and leading,” and “a professional who is making a difference in our community.” During her time at PriceWeber, Schifferdecker has worked on more than 20 clients from a variety of industries, including The Hershey Company, Brown-Forman, Blessings in a Backpack and CHI Saint Joseph Health.
