PriceWeber Named One of the “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” for Sixth Year in a Row

March 7, 2025

For the sixth year in a row, PriceWeber has earned a spot on the “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” list, recognizing the state’s 100 top employers. PriceWeber is among 45 companies in the small-sized employer category (15-149 employees).

“Achieving this honor for the sixth consecutive year is a testament to the outstanding team we have at PriceWeber,” said Fred Davis, CEO of PriceWeber. “We are committed to fostering a workplace culture built on excellence, accountability, integrity, respect, and trust. This recognition fuels our continued efforts to empower and support our employees while maintaining an environment where they can thrive personally and professionally.”

PriceWeber distinguishes itself by offering a range of non-traditional benefits that contribute to its reputation as an employer of choice. From annual wellness and technology allowances to a robust referral bonus program, the PriceWeber Women’s Network (PWWN), and amenities like a private Moms Suite for nursing mothers and on-site massage chairs and exercise equipment, the agency prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of its team. The organization’s commitment extends further with offerings such as a book library, free access to office space for personal events, recognition programs, and engaging employee committees that organize a variety of on- and off-site events, wellness programs, and initiatives.

PriceWeber annually donates $250,000-$500,000 in pro-bono work to national and local nonprofit organizations. Additionally, the agency frequently organizes community fundraising initiatives, such as school supply drives for children in need, donations for natural disaster relief, and support drives for local nonprofits where employees are actively involved.

The annual Best Places to Work initiative is hosted by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM). The selection process is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey. The competition is an annual initiative designed to motivate Kentucky companies to establish an excellent environment for employees.

The winners and their final rankings will be announced at an awards dinner on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at the Central Bank Center in Lexington. To learn more about Best Places to Work in Kentucky, visit https://www.bestplacestoworkkentucky.com/.
