PriceWeber Named One of the “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” for Fifth Year in a Row
For the fifth year in a row, PriceWeber, a digital-forward, full-service marketing, public relations and advertising agency in Louisville, Kentucky, has earned a spot on the “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” list, recognizing the state’s 100 top employers. PriceWeber is among 43 companies in the small-sized employer category (15-149 employees). With this being the agency’s fifth consecutive recognition, PriceWeber has also been inducted into the Best Places to Work in Kentucky Hall of Fame.
“We are proud to be inducted into the prestigious Best Places to Work in Kentucky Hall of Fame, a recognition which speaks volumes about the dedication of our team. At PriceWeber, we’ve cultivated a workplace culture that truly embodies our core values of excellence, accountability, integrity, respect, and trust,” said Fred Davis, CEO of PriceWeber. “This achievement wouldn’t be possible without the unwavering commitment of every team member. We remain steadfast in our commitment to empowering our employees and investing in their growth and fulfillment to continue making PriceWeber one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky.”
PriceWeber distinguishes itself by offering a range of non-traditional benefits that contribute to its reputation as an employer of choice. From annual wellness and technology allowances to a robust referral bonus program, the PriceWeber Women’s Network (PWWN), and amenities like a private Moms Suite for nursing mothers and on-site massage chairs, the agency prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of its team. The organization’s commitment extends further with offerings such as a book library, free access to office space for personal events, recognition programs, and engaging employee committees that organize a variety of on- and off-site events, wellness programs, and initiatives that address sustainability and DEI efforts.
In 2023, PriceWeber announced its achievement of Canopy Certification, a designation providing a path for Kentucky businesses to measure and grow their good. The certification reaffirms the agency’s commitment to making a positive social and environmental impact in Kentucky through a rigorous assessment of key metrics in leadership, culture, governance, and external impact.
PriceWeber annually donates $400,000-$700,000 in pro-bono work to national and local nonprofit organizations and encourages employees to get involved in the local community to give back. Additionally, the agency has hosted several fundraising drives, including school supply drives for kids in need, monetary donations for natural disasters, and a can drive to collect cans for local animal shelters.
The annual Best Places to Work initiative is hosted by The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM). The selection process is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey. The competition is an annual initiative designed to motivate Kentucky companies to establish an excellent environment for employees.
The winners and their final rankings will be announced at an awards dinner on Thursday, June 13, at the Central Bank Center in Lexington. To learn more about Best Places to Work in Kentucky, visit https://www.bestplacestoworkkentucky.com/.
