Background
The Kentucky AGC Self-Insurers’ Fund (KY AGC SIF) is a workers’ compensation self-insurance program serving construction-related employers across Kentucky.

KY AGC SIF’s website had not undergone a comprehensive redesign since its original development. While minor updates were made in 2023 to migrate to WordPress, the site lacked modern features, accessibility, and performance.
